I have a bassani X-pipe that is really good. Its has a deep loudness to it and it roars. We here in Vegas have to do emissions tests too and mine passes so.. good luck!!

I have the magnaflow catted x. Like bassani, it's stainless steel and last for freakin' ever. Go look at completeexhaust.com for what they might have. Call them and tell them you are a member of this forum and they will give you a discount. I got my x pipe for $400 shipped to my door.

to buy an o/r mid-pipe, keep your stock h, and bolt it back on everytime you go through emissions. especially if you live in cali. last place i would test a o/r mid pipe if i was a residence.

that is not a bright thing to do.

in colorado we do road side emission testing, so I don't plan on pulling over before everytime to swap my midpipe before i go through one.
I'm so glad I left when I did. They didn't do that when I lived there, but I had to get sniffed every year.

what in your guy's opinon would be the best x/ or h pipe to get? MAC,BBK,etc, etc
MAC is junk, theres a reason every one of their products is the cheapest you can buy.

BBK is ok, but with cats they are supposed to rattle.

I would stick with a magnaflow/borla/bassanni etc midpipe. It doesn't matter performance wise which you get, the numbers will be so close (x will deilver a little more hp)

Before I put l/t headers on, I had an x-pipe from Magnaflow that was used with the existing cats. I thought it sound phenomenal.
