I have 2000 GT. I am getting a vibration that started about two weeks ago. When driving straight or turning right, it is a constant vibration that doesn't seem to change much with speed. I can feel it slightly in the steering wheel and with my feet, but it is more of a vibration noise than a feel. When i turn left, even slightly, it goes away completely. Everything looks and feel tight underneath, and there is no play in the wheels when i try to move them side to side. Any suggestions??

what about when braking while driving straight and turning to the right?? any vibration then?? you say no play in the wheels, so wheel bearings seem tight,, but still could be a bad bearing? could be pitted or worn,, won't know till visally checked,, also, if you can't find anything loose or just plain worn out,, i'd be checking the power steering system, could be a rack going out, not sure how to check that, i guess someone else here might be able to help out on that,, or take it to a shop and get checked..
also, just to eliminate the slight possibilty that by chance that it could be a tire,, i would rotate all tires frt to back and test drive, before doing anything first

Could be as easy as checking your tire pressure.

Ever looked in the ford workshop manual or a haynes or chiltons manual? For most problems with the car they always suggest checking for proper tire pressure first.

I'm sure you've done that already. Just pointing out the obvious. That's what I do best.

I know my car starts doing some weird stuff when the tires aren't at proper inflation.

Balance all 4's and rotate tires, it could be just one tire (i have senn this 1000 times as i warked at a tire shop for 2 years) or you could have 1 or more tires out of balance
