For a catted H your looking at about $350, mabey a little more depending on the brand. Probably about $75-100 for the install. Its actually not too hard to install yourself and save a few bucks. I did mine in about 3 hours.

What would it take for the install? Would jackstands do the trick? And I'd probably just need a tool set right?

The manifold bolts are a bear. You'll need a 1/2 inch drive breaker bar, sockets, extension, and u-joint. Spray the bolts with WD-40 (or similar) 30 minutes prior. I did and it worked like a charm. I removed the mid pipe and cat back and installed the MagnaFlow set up I have in 3.5 hours. If I hadn't spent so much time cursing the MagnaFlow cat back, I'd have been done in less than 3 hours!
