It you want dohc you should go with the Nav's block. I don't know if it applies to the 5.4 but the dohc and sohc blocks are different on the 4.6. The difference is with the way the timing chain is set up and this thread talks about what the problem is. http://forums.tccoa.com/showthread.p...highlight=DOHC
