It was wierd with my car yesterday. It wouldn't smoke until I got into the high RPMS. When I started it back up it wouldn't smoke, but as soon as I got it on the road and started going through the gears I had to feel bad for anyone driving behind me.

? i used seafoam before also and love the results but my ? is does the seafoam fowl your spark plugs up after using it?

It shouldn't, no. It's like some bada$$ injector cleaner

I got a budy with a 2000 acura tl. its got 110k miles and recently started running slower in the last 10k miles. should I suggest seafoam to him or would it just be bad news to a v tech?

vtech is a valve timing thing... running cleaner through the engine should not harm it

hey may wanna try a tune up too... air filter, fuel filter, plugs/wires, etc etc etc

He is planning on a tuneup soon but one major factor is that he doesnt run premiuum gas when the manuel says to. I just dont want to have him try seafoam and tehn have his headgasket go out or something

i'd address that first

this will make it seem slower because the computer retards the timing to prevent damage from improper fuel
