when im at about 40-45 mph i can hear a funny noise in one of the left tires like a high pitched buzzing noise like something is rubbing, it starts that noise when i let off the gas at about 40. any idea on what it could be?, its a brand new 2004 GT.

not sure. but if it's brand new I would take it back to the dealer and have them look at it
