Noise coming from front right side

It sides like something is loose but I cannot find it. It really makes noises going over bumpy roads. Do ya'll think it could be the struts??? Give me some ideas to look for!!!!

what kinda noise does it make? And is the car extremely bouncy?

It is not boucy at all... it sounds like something is rattling. It is hard to describe. Maybe the rubber bushings on the A-arms??

Are the difficult to replace? Is it something that needs to be done ASAP??? I just really hate the sound.

If its the ball joints then yes its something that should be done sooner then later. Mine went bad last year and instead of taking it to the shop and having them press in new ones i installed new 04 Cobra front control arms that already have new upgraded ball joints installed. The Cobra arms cost me 137 dollars and were easy swap but time consuming. I put some new shocks and struts in at the same time so it was worth it to me.
