cost for header install

Default cost for header install

hey just wondering what you guys paid for you LT headers to be installed. i cant even find a place to do them for me.

i paid $300 for my header install...its a PITA so it costs more...they threw on the X pipe for free and cut me a brake on my gear install also.

i paid 200 for mine, but i had other work being done at the same time. 300 is a steal. I had quotes of upward of 750-800.

Hey Unit, whatever happened to your dad buying you a blower for straight A's?

when i was going to get headers i was told 100 dollers per hour of labor and they said it would take them 6 hours i decided it wasnt worth the money

get a friend who knows a little about cars and you should be able to do them yourselves in a day. You sort of have to lift the engine out a little.

Gordo, im in the process of getting the supercharger right now im just trying to get some other stuff done as well or at least some price ideas for install.. I just got off the phone with tim from MPH eariler today. hopefully by the middle of september i will have it all on and ready to roll.
but damn that is expensive as hell to install those things.
