lol, yeah. My mom doesnt like how loud my car is either. Everyone who I talk to except my friends say it's just a little too loud, which automatically earns them a free 6k rev.

personaly i think my lm2's are just right for me and they were the right price, they sound the same as stock but louder and deeper under 1500rpm and when you get on it they scream. i do think there are better sounding cat backs out there but they arnt in my price range and i didnt want anything that wasnt SS because i dont want it to rust off after a few winters. but seriously almost anything sounds good compared to stock. just get whatever you want not what everyone else wants.

i know, those things are just LOUD

what I also don't understand, is i'll be cruising at like 25mph in 3rd gear down a side street, and everyone who's in their front yard or walking like gives me this evil glare like I'm going 140mph and trying to aim for their children... wtf

Lol, in all seriousness. When I get on it I'm probably as loud as a harley. Just cruising, my mom was driving seperately and she was pretttyy far back and she said she could hear me perfectly.

have u noticed that u can't hardly make an LS1 sound near as clean as a mustang? my roomate is a GM tech, hates mustangs, and agrees that for some reason mustang exhaust sound > LS1...

i hate the way they sound......ive heard a few decent soundin cameros, but the vettes sound like ****.
