Default decisions, decisions what do you think??? (pics)

i posted a poll a couple of days ago about getting a light bar for my vert, the veredict was 12 to 0 that i should get it, well he said 250 for the bar and installation, i wont come with the cut off switch (so the lighgt from the bar wont light when the top is up) also he send me some pics and this

"The round rusty looking whole is the drivers side the passenger side looks the same. It is about the size of a quarter. The square indention is where the Classic Design Concepts sticker was and it fell off in the Texas heat. There is also a small scratch where I was using the light bar as a resting post for a container and it sliced it but the contact glue keeps it from peeling. That is the one picture of the back of the light bar."

so what do you think? sould i get it or it would be to much crap to fix it, also in do you think i should ask him to lower the price? like for 200 bucks???

+1
Get a simulated roll bar, its the same thing as a light bar, it just doesnt have a light, they cost like 250-300 +shipping, but it will be brand new with the hardware and mounting instructions.
