Default mac vs. bbk

i want to get lontube headers and ive heard bad things about mac headers but haven't heard much about bbk. but what would you guys recomend? i have found very cheap macs 314 but the only bbks i can find are 499 and i thought they were supposed to be pretty close in performance.

Since you can go longtube (i have bbk shorties) I'd get the ceramic coated bbk and never look back....

"I" think MAC and BBK's are comparable in quality.

Mac seems to be a good company. "you pay for what you get" is always right, however; sometimes companys put it a lot of r&d into a part, to where, another company may only "copy" an already working part and refab it. It's cheaper obviously. From what I hear you can't go wrong with BBK, but Mac seems pretty reputable.
