The only advantage to the H is sound. Some say low end torque is better, but I've yet to see any numbers that show that. Above 3000 rpm, exhaust gases are moving too fast and blow past the H. The X doesn't come into it's own until 4000 rpm or better, but since the 4.6 makes it's power in that range, it will provide better numbers.
True dual? Well, there is a reason H and X pipes exist. True dual are not efficient at all.
