Default SC & Fuel Economy

Question for anyone running a SC... how much does fuel economy change once the SC goes on?

Thanks!

this is a general answer, but if you drive normally, it wont affect it much at all, yes the engine is turning it so there is a bit of extra work involved. But like any other performance mod, you step on teh gas to use it, your mpg goes down. I could say i get 280 miles per tank taking it easy and 240 running it harder, stepping on it often, but still daily driving on the freeway, no strip time.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not to worried about the "stomping on it" millage only the day-to-day driving where I'll be shifting at 2,500 ish RPM.

Thanks again...

thats one reason i like the centri s/c, i can drive around all day, and even accelerate smartly without ever going into boost.
