Do's and Dont's w/new clutch
I just got my car back today w/ freshly installed centerforce DF clutch...Now i've been gettin different answers/suggestions about the break in period...
I've heard not to take it over 3k RPM at all for the first 300 mi and I've also heard that I could hit it, but not redline the gears, which of course i wouldn't do anyway...But can I hit it once in a while? past 3k RPM?
Last thing i wanna do is burn a brand new clutch...just wondering what I can get away with, its gonna kill me not to get on it lol

honestly, drive it like you are cruising and not racing at all. I'd suggest 500 miles of normal driving with no ripping. I know it's tough, I did that when I put in my king cobra, but once you get to like 500 miles it's worn in, and now it's worth it.
