Default 98 GT Auto question

all the guys with a 98 gt with an auto when you rev up at park or n do you get a slow rev down (up fast down slow) is it normal or is something wrong

its normal...called backpressure
if you had a bad iac it would stall.

My '99 does that too. I think most fuel injected motors do that. I wouldnt worry about it unless it revs down too much and almost kills it, Ive been told the IAC valve will do that when it goes bad

mine does the same thing..when its the IAC not working, it should stall as soon as you crank the car. the fast rev slow come back happens to me, but it idles at 500rpms with no problem. should be normal.
