I used to look down on it but I've come to realize the live axle is part of what I like about the rwd vehs I've had. It's just fun to skip the back end out on a bumpy jughandle ramp.

I never said there was anything wrong with a solid axle. Ford just did a terrible job of controlling it. The rear roll center on our cars is right around the bottom of the license plate and the fronts is an inch or so above the ground...

They also rely on the upper arms to control lateral movement which is a complete joke.

+1 to that fords whole factory 4 link setup is just a horribly designed.
