2000GT4.6

I liked the gains I got with my C&L upper and T/B. The upper has been known to develop 8-10 RWHP when combined with a T/B on modified 4.6L.

OMHO a buy well worth the cash. Plus it will help out every mod you put on next.

Agree totally with 2000 GT4.6, excellent gains from the bigger TB and Plenum, I did not see the results till I put on the plenum, then really opened up. Do agree though do your exhaust first if you did not already then you will sound alot better too!

Again if you did not install those 3:73s yet get something taller, i wish i did.

Do you mean shorter or do you think the 3.73s are too tall? Most people say the 3.73 ARE too tall...that we should go for the 4.10s. What do you reccommend for a good "taller" gear?

the guy that i talked to at Blue Oval Corral down here in clearwater was talking to me about gears and he was telling me that he had 3.73s in his cars when he ran 12s and the same gears in his car when he ran 9s.. and plus this is my daily driver and im not looking to be doing 3500 rpm while going 75mph on the interstate. and all the guys that i talk to about their 4.10s say that they smoke all the way through 1st..i like my 3.73's

I say at very most there will be a 15hp gain, but that will depend on how freely you exhaust is flowing, & what other modifications you have

The gear will obviously not give you any horsepower, but if you are a dynoqueen, you will notice a 1-5rwhp loss, because the gearing makes it harder for the dyno to read acctuately.

BTW...4.10 ALL THE WAY!!!!
