i have 4k to spend but before you say SC i need a new trans and exhaust.

heres what i have herd would be a good start from what i have and just wanted a second opinion.

c/a
throttle body
bbk headers
bbk o/r mid
real roush exhaust insted of the cobbeled **** i have
4.10 rear gears
underdrive pulleys

i had a local shop quote me all this with install at 4450.00

Well all of that is nice but I Would go with exhaust mid pipe and maybe headers and a CAI but I would try to stay away from the expensive exhaust I have flow master super 40s and i love them. Install your self and save money. Then i would see about getting heads and a cam but i don't have any advice on what to get ford racing do like 35 hp but i haven't done any reasearch on others. If you can't do that make sure you get a tuner.
