bottle heater?
 
who uses a bottle heater for their nitrous? Should I purchase one? if so what about useing a heating pad?

Dont use a heating pad, get a bottle heater unless you wanna screw up your system. I use one and it works well when you get a little low on nos. I dont live in a cold place but if you do it is also a good thing to have just to warm it up and get the pressure up.

+1, get full power longer, or if you don't have the money now, you can always get it later, but it is worth it.
