it says cobra on the calliper on the steering wheel it says cobra instead of the running horse, white face gauges its got 160 on the speedo it red lines at like 7500 i'm not to to sure but its higher than the GT its got a some what of a beefed up suspension oh and on the gauge cluster it says SUPREME ONLY ha ha ( now your talking business )

Yeah PI mustangs run really close to old gen cobras. My car back in the day when i only had exhaust, x, and high flow filter out ran (barely) a 98 cobra with lowering springs and a short throw shifter.

Ummm... a 97 does not have 260 hp..more like 215hp. And that not even to the rear wheels. The cobras in 97 didn't even have 305hp much less. The seat headrests are different, the cobra's have a heavy duty clutch, upgraded sixe brakes both front and rear, the cobras have Independent rear suspebsion, leather shift ****, diff rear gears, usually 3:27's, and the other stuff this guy said.
The stock GT for that year puts about 215 to the wheels.
