In keeping with my 2k dollar budget and attempting to reach a 12.99 with it what do you guys think my next mod should be. I was thinking gears, but maybe I will do all my bolt ons and then do the tune at the end. What do you guys think?

I heard somewhere that installing a numerically higher gear will cause the car to dyno a lower hp reading. Is this true? and if so does anybody know why?

if you have $2000 you could buy all of the above, and more

Get 4.10 gears. You can take out the seats for free, and relocate the battery for the price of wiring. Get the TB and plenum later if it's in the budget.
