that thing needs ALOT of work dude. I hope you have a body shop and lots of skiils or really deep pockets.

The airbags alone will cost you thousands.

It looks like it slid sideways over a curb and into a sign. You're guna need alot more than a tie rod LOL. The front hub will be gone too. The steering rack and knuckle is probably toast, The subframes will need to be aligned.

That's a parts car.

Wow.. seeing where that hit, you might have some stuff to replace inside the engine compartment as well... Do you have any pics from under the hood? Thta looks like it hit right on the strut tower.. if its a 97, it should have a strut tower brace along with the stock intake being right on that, and the throttlebody sticking out quite a ways.. It could have easily buckeld that strut tower brace and made it slam into something else, or buckled it upwards into the hood....

Here's a pic of my 97's motor.. almost completey stock.... I would be really concerned about that as far in as it buckled that fender..
