Default 98 5.4 in a 2000 mustang

does any body know if a 98 5.4 will mate with my 2000 mustang gt or do i have to have a 99-2000?

i have a steeda h pipe for the 4.6 will it work with a 5.4 or will i have to moddify it?

i couldnt find where it said if a factory 4.6 h pype would work with the 5.4
