Default is this a/c line pressurized?

I noticed that the silver ac line is leaking where it connects right before it goes into the firewall....i noticed the white retainer wasnt inside the connection, so im hoping that is the problem. If i disconnect the line there, is it pressurized or will i be ok? [IMG][/IMG]

don't disconnect it!!! You will get refrigerant in the face, and this is not good. Yes it is pressurized. I've done a/c work before I know how it goes.

Just press it in and get a new retainer.
