I have a 98 gt and we noticed it has been getting really hot more then normal but not overheating just real hot inside and by the heater. My boyfriend is trying to look at it today and thinks maybe something is stuck where the heaters is. He said tha tflushing the Radiator wont help so I was just wondering if anyone else that has that year has had any issues like it as well and what did you do. He is not sure where the main part is to check it.. any help would be appreciated!!!

most mustangs of that year let heat from the engine into the cab down by your feet. Mine always has. As long as it is not overheating I would not worry about it. You could always get a lower thermostat or just put some purple ice in the radiator, that would cool it down a bit.

yeah ive noticed that heat comes from the floorboard and at normal temp,

by my feet it gets hot as hell, just the nature of the beast

yea I guess but the heater also stay on when you go to get air from outside its still hot.. I know something is a miss with it because i never use to do that for 5 years... the air conditioning works fine and gets cold so I just dont know... Crazy...
