my '03 GT has BBK CAI, TB & Plenum. I put on the BBK springs, strut braces, frame stiffeners & control arms. BBK works for me, no complaints.

I have the BBK combo and I did notice a decent change in throttle response and some increase in HP. I didn't get gears because I wasn't ready (more than I was able to spend at the time) for gears, the install, and a tuner to recalibrate the speedo yet. Besides you will want to get the plenum/tb combo eventually and it's an easy install. I have also heard that a shifter is a good addition. While it doesn't technically add HP, it does shorten the shift making the vehicle quicker. A MGK (?) or Hurst shifter may be my next mod. Unless I have the money for headers and an x-pipe, which is another idea, but I don't know what you have in the car already.
