Default Vibration noise.... help!!

Hey y'all... I installed my new mgw shifter from blk40th (awesome deal and awesome to work with, Thanks MT!) and it is awesome. So i started up my beautiful, straight sexy stang and was going to take it out to test out the shifter. Row it real good, ya know? So i start it up grinning fom ear to ear in anticipation, bout to unwrap the first gift of Christmas morning grin. So i step into the gas a little, get the power goosebumps. and i can't wait any longer so i step into it real good. Totally exhillerated. As she starts to wind down i hear this noise that crushed my heart, like a cement truck running over a plastic dixie frat party beer cup. So i opened the hood and listen and it was coming from the very back of the engine. It was a noise that sounded like a vibration noise. So i put my hand on the back of the intake manifold and on some other parts of the engine and felt no vibrations. So i tweaked the throttle a couple times and sure enough it was there. So then i got on the ground and listened and it was still there and REAL loud. I think it is coming from the flywheel/clutch mechanism. The last thing i did was get in my car and revved it slowly and the noise came on around 2700 until 3400. Well, then i had to go to work. After work i started my car and it was there at idle and at the places i found it before. Anybody enlighten me to what would cause this? I recently had my clutch replaced about two to three weeks ago. After being installed it was chattering. That went away and then the t/o bearing was squealing. and now it is doing this. i think....

Well what stage clutch was it? My freind got a stage 3 clutch in his 98 cobra and tore the **** out of his tranny. It ended up completely breaking it in one run at the strip. I dont think anything with the tranny would be coming from the back of the engine though...

The TOB would cause this still? Who should i contact, the company for the clutch or the installer? OR BOTH? You don't feel any vibrating but something is definitely out of whack...
