I had a girl I knew back when i had a camaro back into my car at school. I made sure to look at the cars most likely to make into mine that day for some reason. When I came out it was scrape fest down my right back fender. I waited to see her car 2 days later and saw a red spot where she traded paint on her white car. I called a cop immediately. She denied it totally...I told myself I'd never hit a girl, but the bold faced lie made me want to get a running start and Jackie Chan her right in the face. The cop was like well, if there were no witnesses there is nothing I can do.

same thing happened to me last month at wal mart. they backed into the front and crushed in the hood and creased the bumper

That is the absolute truth. I've had 2 cars hit-and-ran on in an apt complex. So if I live in an apt again, I'd at least try to find one with a garage.
