how the hell do u time this thing, i have 99heads in a 98 and was told those half moon shapes in the back of the cam both need to be paralell to the head w/ the circle facing up into the air, and after i did this, i turned the engine almost a complete turn and i can feel somthing hitting somewhere. please help!
