Cobra Engine

How much HP does a 97-98 Cobra engine have. Im looking at droping one in my 98GT.

im pretty sure its 305hp for 96-98, and 320 for 99/01

Do all of the accessories (i.e. alternator, a/c, ps) bolt on correctly? Does it line up correctly with the tranny? Is a new wiring harness and computer required? How many hours labor could you expect to be billed for this?
