Default Using Fox body shocks on a 2000 with Eibach Pros

I was running Fox boys springs and Stange 10 way adjustable struts (for a Fox) and Monroe Sensitrak shocks (also for a Fox). I made the mistake of cutting the springs and my car sat too low and handled like dogcrap. I went and installed Eilbach Pros with new Stange 10 way adjustable struts designed for 99-04 (as opposed to the Fox body). I left the shocks the same. Will that be a problem? Do the shocks affect how much the car is lowered? In the rear, it measures 27" from the ground to the middle if the wheel well. Does that sound right? The front is more like 26.5". Still seems pretty damn low.
