Perhaps he's running 11's in the 1/8 mile
Also, why would you spend money on injectors if that's all you have for mods? Am I missing something?

W/ better heads, comes more airflow.. More airflow means MORE FUEL.. After that, it's in the books..
12's, more believeable, but 11's is a stretch..

I just don't know.. I'm normally a skeptic, and this sounds like it could be busted, but you just don't know...
Sometimes, people just associate the name "Mustang," w/ fast.. I wonder if that's why this person did..

To get a Mustang of any kind into the 12's you need either high 200'rwhp and drags, or atleast 300rwhp with a really good launch.. the Ford racing P&P heads is his biggest power adder, which is doing a lot for him, but not that much... the shorty headers are really a waste of money, the injectors are definatly a waste of money, and the catback probably gave him 5-8rwhp... tops. Dont the N/A Cobras put around 270 to the wheels stock?
Unless he had tires or really knows how to launch his car... I don't see him breaking into 12's... Stock terminators run around a 12.7-12.9 stock, and i know he's not anywhere close to a stock term. My guess is a 13.1-13.2 with a 2.0 60".
Ask him what his 60" and trap speed was!

Ok, I'm not that ignorant.
What would some injectors, heads, and headers make a 99 SVT run. Take off about .5 or so in the 1/4?

Even if this guy has some head work done and other minor mods hes still only going to be sitting at about 350 @ the wheels.. Thats still less than an 03/04 Cobra and they are running the 1/4 in 12's..
I think this guy is full of it or not being honest about his mods.. Thats just my opinion though..

RE: It's not really true is it?
You think those mods put him at 350rwhp?? I don't know much about the n/a Cobras... but i know he's only getting a handful of hp from everything except the heads... woudl the heads really put down 50+rwhp?!

I don't know about that guy but i know the NA 4V responds well to mods like the FR500 package. Their are quite a few guys with NA 99/01 Cobras over on Corral making over 400rwhp and running 11's.
With the the mods the guy listed...i doubt he is the 11's...suspension needs to be stiffened and cams are a definate.
