Default Heads on a PI motor..

Will changing the heads to aftermarket heads on my PI motor help me as much as a NPI motor changing his heads to ours?

there's no aftermarket heads for a 4.6 unless I missed the memo. just worked factory heads.

Yup, just worked over PI heads... Port and Polish, larger valves...

+1 There all the same Romeo PI heads you have in your car, just ported. So, your best bet would be just to port your heads. DSS Racing, Livernois, or Fox Lake would be your best bet, if you wanted to buy a pair of ported heads.

If I ever touch the heads, I would only get them ported and polished.

If you do a search for patriot heads there are links to articles where a good amount of HP was gained with the heads and cams. It seemed to be quite a job though and they recommended removing the motor to do the head change. I'd put the cash towards a SC myself. Mark
