I have a 99 performance red gt conv. and was thinking about going with black accessories for the color theme, but am not sure how they will look on the bright red. I was thinking about getting the conv. top black (currently beige), black rims (fr500 or bullets prolly), black bumper inserts, headlight tint, tailight tint, and maybe a hood stripe like the 35th anniv. (or some other black stipe). If anyone has any picks of performance red w/ black anything, I would REALLY appriciate if you shared them. It will help me decide if it will be a good color combo, or a dud :-P.

It could look sick, but it depends on the color of your interior. Do you have a beige interior?

Yea, but with tinted windows it wont be noticed from the exterior.

True, but im not really concerned about that. Im more concerned that the black might be to dark for the laser red.

No, black goes well on either laser red or redfire. I would be careful what type of rims you pick though. Bumper inserts are a must for every Stang IMO. You'll also want to pick up a chin spoiler.

Made a mistake- its performance red, not laser red. I believe laser red is quite a bit darker than performance.
