Put enough pressure in your tires to slightly pull up the shoulders, then drop it a couple. That would give you the least rolling resistance and maximum wear. Or, you can look on the door panel...

I've got sumi's out back set at 35 psi. Last I looked I believe mine have a little too much air in them because the middle seems to be wearing a little faster then the rest.. I will be dropping mine to around 32 and see how it goes.
