i have the 5spd
autos are cool too but i personaly perfer 5spd's, yes they do get annoying in traffic specialy with the more heavy clutch in this car than others ... but when you lay into it and run through the gears it makes up for it.

manual's are just fun..
not that autos arent, but 99% of people agree a manual is more fun in daily driving
(plus a manual gives you MUCH more control over your exhaust
)

5-speed... don't knock the auto though... bharsen's stang is an auto, it shifts almost as hard as I can at WOT with just a tune... also, it'll never miss a shift

yea i have a manual, but if i had a choice, i might have gotten an auto. my first choice though was obviously the terminator 6 speed. i mean who the hell wouldnt want a 6 speed, or a cobra for that matter.

for those of us who don't need to pretend we are racing to work in stop and go traffic every day, the auto tranny kicks the living **** out of the standard. [8D]
I dunno how the hell anybody can drive a new edge stick shift in traffic all the time, doesn't it make your back hurt reaching halfway across the car to shift?
