I have an 01 GT, with the stock 4.6 SOHC block. Is it possible to upgrade to DOHC? I dont know much about cams, would double cams give me better power and what not? if so, how much would it cost total for installation etc...?

With double cams, you're able to get more air/fuel into the engine, which results in increased power. According to another thread it is possible to switch the 2V with a 4V, but it's expensive and requires lengthy modifications to other components... might as well buy a Cobra and save yourself the hassle.
