Longtube install by a shop is 8 hours of work, my guy charged me $400.00 jees... lol... Like I said I loved the Mac, and Prochamber - even if it is "the bottom of the barrel"... You can get em at Mustangtuning.com (mustangboards coupon = 6% off), brenspeed.com, ebay, haha, direct from the manufacturer, and even Rpmoutlet.com (but i wouldnt reccomend)... and that's not counting the shop getting them for you... depending on how mechanically inclined, haha.

I will say a friend has a BBK Xpipe, and after hearing my car, he wanted to get MAC LT's with the o/r prochamber.

400 is a good deal i have been quoted 850 to have my SLP longtubes put on so me and my buddy decided we are going to do it in a couple days

and to answer your questions:

BBK is better out of the 2
they both will give you the same power if not there will only be like a pony or 2 differance
search around for the best price i dont know cause i went with the most expensive ( i also believe you get what you pay for... plus i wanted to have full SLP exhaust)
install is supposed to take 8-12 hours but if you are inexperianced and dont have the right tools i would say around 16 (thats how long it took my friend to put LT on his cobra)

good luck

I got BBK L/T, with a catless bbk x-pipe and mac from the midpipe back. In my opinion it is the best sounding and loudest mustang i've heard. And you def want the L/T's if you plan on supercharging her.. I'm basically building up for the S/C..I wasn't planning on it at first but after every mod you want more!
