Default what do i need to change?

hey guys i know that most of you read my thread long tube vs short tube headers. Now, i heard many of you guys talking about different midpipes. i have a few questions...

1 If i get long tube headers (whether its bbk or mac) will i need to get a new mid pipe or will my straight pipes fit fine with the long tubes?

2 Does my car have manifolds or headers i thought it was only manifolds but i could be wrong

Your car has manifolds.. and you will need a shorty midpipe...

The stock midpipe is too long to use with long tubes. You can pick up a decent shorty midpipe for a reasonable price, I would assume. I wouldn't suggest cutting the stock midpipe to try and make that work.

+1.. if you have an aftermarket midpipe, you can also sell it too. Most offroad midpipes range from 140-250.. they're fairly inexpensive. my mechanic charged me 400 for the entire install... its an 8hr job for most.
