Default Over heating!

My car has overheated on me twice since ive done the p i head swap. Im pretty sure my fan is not turning on, im wondering if it could be from my temp sensors seeing as how on the new intake manifold there is only one sensor and the old one has two, i just ran a T fittin so they could both fit for the one outlet. could this be a cause?

Turn on the defroster and set it at all the way hot, thus by turning the defroster on your fan should come on. it should cool down after that. And what year is your car?

The 96-98 gt's fan comes on at 225 witch is too hot but the 99 up ones come on before that. so i don't know why it is not coming on for you if it is getting real hot. i got a 180 degree thermostat in mine witch helps but not sure it will help you.
