yea man... you really can't go wrong with just a little beater civic.... if maintained properly those things can go the distance.... and use the least amount of gas doing it!!!

try to look for an old civic, escort, focus, corolla, there are tons of mid 90's cars that are dirt cheap and get 30mpg+ easily.

hey i am looking for a winter beater... i was thinking about a honda...... how long do they really last you think because i found a lot with 100,000 + on them for sale really cheap [>:]

If you're not out their "racing" those hondas will easily last 250k+ miles. What models are you looking at?

all I can say is I definatly would be picking up that corrolla for 4 grand.

Espcially since you know the guy and know how it was taken care of.

Mine has been a really good car so far, other than using oil, and this is not a typical problem of these cars.

I drive an 88 cutalss sierra. It drives nicely, my only problem is I always want to drive the stang.

what about a 91 accord, glossy blk paintjob, auto. 104kmi. nice new alloy rims they look clean, new tires. ac. power.. 1800~
what about this tech and mechanical wise? how long will it last? you there could be problems? with what?
