I think another method that will be easier for you would be to just use a debit card. That way you don't need to have a credit card, and it just comes out of your checking account. If that still isn't possible, just find someone with a card and give them the cash up front and let them charge it. I used to do that all the time when I was in high school and didn't have a credit card.

Try ebay, not only is it cheaper but most people take either paypal, which is deducted from your checking account. Or they take money orders etc.
