3.55 gears

RE: 3.55 gears
I'm usually against what most people say about gears, but I have to agree you're not gonna notice a real difference for the money. I jumped 2 gear sizes when I did mine, but had it only been half the jump I would have been disappointed. My friend had 4.10s in his '03 GT and it wasnt that bad even on the highway, but I'd personally say go with 3.73s

RE: 3.55 gears
i just put 4.10 in my mustang with 3650 at 80mph i am at 3000+rpms it can get old on a long trip but on the plus side it does make you drive the speed limit because at 65 your at 2300 or so and it feels good

I have to disagree in a sense when I bought my car it had a cobra rear end it came out to 3.27 in my 96 mustang when my rear end died on me i sawped to a 3.55 i think this gear is perfect for cruizing and getting great highway miles and my car has plenty of get up a go. but a 3.73 is a good gear if you want a little more aggressive i plan on running 4.10 in my chevelle
