I have a JLT, but with any cold air intake you'll get about 5-10 hp, nothing really noticeable. A lot of people swear by the JLT, and make sure you get a plastic cold air intake, the metal ones just create more heat.

Geez, today is the day for CAI threads. Anyway, there's no way you'll get 10 hp from a CAI unless you're boosted.

Realistic HP gains are 0-3 hp. Depending on what you buy.

save the money and get a aluminum 4-5 inch duct from lowes or home depot and make your own ram air to the stock box

You can get yourself a lot more ponies out of a CAI if you have a 4 valve. A few minor bolt-on mods on 2 valves don't do much of anything, at least not very noticeably.
