Default Underdrive pulleys

Has anyone ever heard bad stuff about the underdrive pulleys actually happening? I've heard that they can cause engine overheating, and loss of battery power. Does anyone have them installed? If so, which ones, and do you have any problems with them? Thanks!

The bad things you're hearing about are the piggyback style.. I don't think i've heard of anyone ever having real problems with the Steedas, except for the fact you have to take them off if you get a blower, lol.
