It's $4400. Sell your 4.6 to pay for the computer and hood. Then save your money and put a supercharger on the 5.4.
Gains are negligable and its a pain in the ***.

If the 5.4L or even 4v swaps were so easy and great, everyone would have one.

How many 5.4L swaps have you seen? I haven't seen many.....

regardless, espcially if you get a 2v 5.4, your still stuck in the same boat of max whp on the stock shoftblock (FI).

2.1 KB supercharger $3899 (from his site) instal it you self and you should make 370+ to the wheels @9psi (depending on your mods) as for the stroker kits they are out there for ppl. that have the blower and need more hp and being forged also helps, KB all the way

Just get a 4v 5.4L from a Navigator.
+1

Bigger displacement, possible less cost if you shop (I've seen them for 2,000$ on E-bay), AND you can stroke/bore it later to have even more displacement.

If anyone could help it would be appreciated.I have about 4500 dollars to spend including labor price,so im trying to see what is better.
I am doing this build. My quote with labor was 4500. But I was having the engine rebuilt anyway so it only cost and extra 200 bucks to stroke it. I have saleen supercharger on it as well. I'll let you know what number it puts out when I get it back.
