Default C&L plenum

What are the power gains of a C&L plenum on a 2001 GT with just a couple bolt ons. No forced induction. I have a 70mm TB and an intake and all that, but I was wondering if its significantly lower without F/I. Anyone know any numbers?

You might pick up a couple horse at the wheels. There are some results in some threads elsewhere on this board...
