Default NEW INTERNAL OR NOT????????

if i got a real good pair of ported heads and the p 51 intake manifold and aggresive cams would i NEED new pistions, crank, rods and stuff like that or not. it is a higher milage car so it wouldn't be a bad idea would it? if i left it alone would i be alright? any advice would work i just need to know before i spend a ton of cash.

well... your not going to take advantage of any of those mods with it.. you will get power yes, but those things like the cam and manifold like to build higher rpm power and on stock internals... thats not a good idea. i would go with forged internals atleast and then watch the power you put down.

Lots and lots of money tied up at this point though, unless he already has the heads/cams intake
