Default Advice on Short Throw Shifter

I have a 97 Mustang GT with the 4.6 and im really damn tired of the original shifter, it takes FOREVER to get in between the gears. I guess what im really wanting to know is what is the fastest shifting, most comfortable and effective shifter you can get for my car, it has the T-45 tranny. Any help will be deeply appreciated.

I've got a steeda tri-ax and love it. Fast and smooth and short throws.
