Default Throttle body upgrade

Hey Guys,

Well my eyes are dead set for my next upgrade. I want to get an Accufab throttle body.
i have only two questions..

should i save me money and get the throttle body and plenum or just get the throttle body....

For record.. im getting the 75mm

when i get a 75mm throttle body will my k&n intake system fit on the throttle body perfectly like it does now or am i going to have to rig something together to make it fit corectly.

thanks justin

You would get more with the plenum than the TB. I would go C&L myself as the Accufab looks great but the C&L seems to be the best performer. Don't expect much from it even if you do both as they were tested on a TV car show and on the Dyno a combo added 7WHP. I have a timing adjuster that would give you up to 10HP for only $85. shipped, better mileage also.
I just aded a BBK 75mm TB & Plenim and got no noticeable on the timer I use to tune on the street with.
The timing adjuster is the best bang for the buck IMHO. New they are $140. Mark
PS: My JLT CAI coupler fit on the 75mm TB OK.

its point less if you have a 75mm opening drop down to a 65 mm at the stock phuluem if you can only buy one now do that and then buy the other put on at same time

EASY!
1. 2 EGR bolts, plenum to manifold, 5 bolts, also remove the throttle cable and mount, 2 bolts and cable, A couple of electrical connections and the hoses that go to the intake hose. Just did my BBK asembly about 10days ago. The plenum to manifold is a simple rubber ring but shaped to the intakes odd intake flange. Just reuse it if it isn't cracked or rottrd in any way buy I doubt you will need one and my BBK set-up came with 5 new allen head bolts for securing the plenum and the TB came with the gasket. Mark
